Active Training and Learning in Adult Staff and Students

The ATLASS 23 mobility project strengthened the competencies of adult education trainers through interactive activities and visits in English, innovative methodologies and specialization in sustainability and circular economy in Malta. The initiative sought to enhance the European dimension of the organization, expand professional networks and incorporate new content in its courses, directly impacting the employability and inclusion of adult learners, especially in disadvantaged environments. Experts from Finland and Italy contributed their expertise in art and the economy of the common good, consolidating CRESOL as a reference in training for sustainable and solidarity-based development.
