Exchange of good practices with Work-Based Training – Art and Culture

The main objective of the project is to improve and standardize an empowerment program through art and culture, based on the previous experience of the “Museum Mediator.” In collaboration with partners from Italy, Romania, the United Kingdom, and Spain, an innovative curriculum was designed, focused on work-based learning and student-centered methodologies, to strengthen the competencies of trainers and curriculum developers.
The initiative aims to facilitate the integration of marginalized groups, NEET youth, and unemployed individuals, promoting the recognition of non-formal skills. Among its outcomes, the creation of the “Selfie Hunt” activity stood out — a creative tool for developing digital and soft skills — as well as the strengthening of European networks to foster employability and active citizenship.
