Green Jobs and Women Promoting Opportunities in Rural and Environmental Development

The EMPODERA project strengthens professional capacities in the green economy sector, with a special focus on climate change adaptation and women’s empowerment in vulnerable rural areas. It is aimed at unemployed and employed individuals, prioritizing women, young people, and those over 45 years old, through 27 blended training actions to be implemented in the provinces of Castellón, Burgos, and Málaga.
