Rural Senior Empowerment for Climate Action and Participatory Society

The RURAL SECAPS project is a small-scale partnership under the Erasmus+ programme in the field of adult education. Its goal is to empower older adults in rural communities through educational methodologies that foster green and digital competencies, enabling them to actively participate in local climate action plans.
Through the creation of accessible educational materials, the design of participatory methodologies, and the transnational exchange of experiences, RURAL SECAPS seeks to strengthen the resilience of European rural communities, combat depopulation, and reduce the digital divide.
