Active Training and Learning in Adult Staff KA1

The ATLAS Mobility project strengthened the competencies of adult education trainers through training mobilities in Malta, focused on improving language skills (English), innovative pedagogical methodologies, and specialization in environmental education and climate change. The initiative expanded the organization’s European dimension, established strategic partnerships, and developed new training content to enhance the employability and inclusion of adult learners in vulnerable contexts.
The on-site courses in Pembroke (Malta), complemented by virtual mentoring sessions, consolidated CRESOL’s role as a reference in education for sustainable and inclusive development.
